Hi, I’m Sharon-Rose McNeil, founder of Strategic Edge Leadership.
After 30 years in sales — including 24 years with a large building materials manufacturer — I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about talking the loudest or who you know. It’s about trust, integrity, and respect, while knowing how to bring out the best in your people.
